1 Hurt After Stolen Car Crashes at Mooney Boulevard in Visalia

 
VISALIA, CA (February 12, 2025) — A driver in a stolen car crashed at Mooney Boulevard and Mineral King Avenue.
 
According to the Visalia Police Department, the multi-vehicle crash unfolded around 7:50 a.m. Tuesday. An officer attempted to pull over the driver of a stolen vehicle. However, the driver did not comply and fled the scene. Subsequently, a brief chase unfolded until police suspended the chase due to public safety reasons.
 
However, at the intersection of Mooney Boulevard and Demaree Street, the stolen car driver ran a red light and crashed into two other vehicles.
 
The driver of the stolen vehicle suffered unknown injuries, and the other drivers were unharmed.
 
Officers did not elaborate on the stolen vehicle or the suspect.
