FRESNO, CA (August 6, 2024) — One driver was injured in a bus accident on Blackstone Avenue near Herndon Avenue.
 
According to Fresno Police, the two-vehicle crash happened around 1:30 p.m. Monday. For unknown reasons, a sedan driver rear-ended a FAX bus at the intersection of Blackstone and Herndon avenues. Subsequently, the driver tried walking away from the collision, but officers detained him.
 
After the incident, police evaluated the driver for possible DUI while paramedics took the bus driver to a hospital with complaints of pain.
