VICTORVILLE, CA (October 11, 2021) — A driver faces charges in Friday’s DUI accident on Palmdale Road near White Road.
 
According to reports, the crash happened around 5:30 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in an eastbound dark-colored 2010 Ford Explorer drove into the westbound lane to pass up another car. However, a westbound Chevy Silverado was coming toward the driver, which caused the Chevy driver to swerve to the shoulder to avoid the crash.
