DUI Crash Involving Off-Road Vehicle on Tanglewood Drive in Redding Sends 2 People to Hospital
REDDING, CA (November 26, 2024) – Brandon Jackson was arrested in a DUI crash in Redding late Sunday afternoon on November 24.
The crash happened around 5:15 p.m. on Tanglewood Drive near Canby Road. According to the Redding Police Department, the 42-year-old suspect from Redding was driving a non-street-legal Polaris side-by-side off-road vehicle with his wife as a passenger.
The couple had been traveling on Whet Owl Drive before making a right turn onto Tanglewood Drive at a high rate of speed. The process caused the off-road vehicle to roll over.
As a result, Jackson and his wife both suffered moderate injuries.
Police later arrested Jackson for DUI.
Further investigation is underway.
