Hit-and-Run Suspect Strikes and Injures Bicyclist on Silverado Trail in Napa County
NAPA COUNTY, CA (February 26, 2025) – A bicyclist was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Silverado Trail in Napa County Sunday afternoon on February 23.
The crash happened around 4:15 p.m. near Chimney Rock Winery. According to the California Highway Patrol, the bicyclist was riding in the area when a car struck them.
After the crash, the driver of the involved car fled the scene without stopping.
First responders rushed the victim to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
Authorities described the suspect driver as a woman with long black hair. She was reportedly wearing a white shirt and a blue jeans, and was driving a dark gray Toyota Avalon with no right-side mirror.
