LEGGETT, CA (June 19, 2024) — At least one person was injured after an RV and a truck crashed on Highway 101 near Riverdale.
 
According to Emergency Services, the two-vehicle crash happened around 4:01 p.m. on June 17. Under unclear circumstances, a truck and an RV collided and blocked the north and southbound lanes of the highway. Subsequently, Emergency Services received word of the accident and multiple units responded just a few minutes after.
 
It appears one person required medical transportation since a Reach Air ambulance was en route.
 
Authorities did not confirm what led to the accident, but traffic investigators will explore this crash further.
