SANTA ROSA, CA (August 2, 2023) — Alfredo Gonzalez-Gutierrez faces charges in a DUI hit-and-run accident near Railroad Street and 3rd Street.
 
According to the Santa Rosa Police Department, the hit-and-run accident happened Sunday. Under unclear circumstances, 34-year-old Alfredo Gonzalez-Gutierrez crashed into another vehicle and left the scene. However, police found his vehicle at a parking lot near 5th Street and Wilson Street.
