Adrian Ruelas Jr. Arrested, Pat Graham Injured in DUI Hit-and-Run on 1st Avenue near 4th Street

 
CHESTER, CA (December 4, 2024)— Adrian Ruelas Jr. faces DUI charges following a hit-and-run accident on 1st Avenue near 4th Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the hit-and-run happened on November 27. For unknown reasons, an altercation unfolded between a pedestrian and a passenger inside a 2015 Infiniti sedan, driven by 25-year-old Ruelas Jr. Subsequently, the passenger began running after the pedestrian eastbound on 4th Street, prompting Pat Graham to walk from his residence to the middle 4th Street.
 
From there, Ruelas took off in his black Infiniti but suddenly struck Graham. Instead of stopping and rendering aid, Ruelas left the scene completely.
 
Paramedics took Graham to a hospital for treatment. Following an investigation, officers arrested and located Ruelas and his passenger and determined DUI factored into the crash.
