Motorcyclists Dies after Colliding with Another Vehicle on Wheeler Avenue in La Verne

 
LA VERNE, CA (January 19, 2025) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Wheeler Avenue in La Verne Saturday morning on January 18.
 
The fatal accident happened around 11:45 a.m. at Sherwood Drive. According to the La Verne Police Department, the man was riding his motorcycle when he collided with another vehicle.
 
As a result, the man suffered fatal injuries and he died at the scene. Authorities only identified him as a 57-year-old La Verne resident.
 
The driver of the other vehicle, also a La Verne resident, stayed on scene and cooperated with police.
 
Wheeler Avenue was shut down between Sherwood and Kent drives while officers investigated the crash.
