4 Hospitalized in Two-Vehicle Crash on Mount Saint Helena
NAPA COUNTY, CA (March 2, 2023) — Four people were injured in a head-on accident on Mount Saint Helena Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol’s Golden Gate division, a CHP helicopter responded to the scene after receiving reports of a silver Prius and a pickup truck colliding head-on. Soon after, Napa County Fire, Cal Fire, Calistoga Fire Department and other officials responded.
Four people reportedly suffered a range of injuries, including two who were airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial with serious wounds. Two others were brought to Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa.
Authorities did not confirm the ultimate cause of the crash, but they plan to look into the details to identify the liabilities and other circumstances.
