Bicyclist Struck and Killed by Car on Raitt Street near Myrtle Street in Santa Ana
SANTA ANA, CA (February 19, 2025) – A 33-year-old man died in a bicycle accident on Raitt Street, Friday evening.
According to the Santa Ana Police Department, the incident happened on February 14, at about 6:20 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a southbound bicycle was hit by a car near the area of Raitt Street and Myrtle Street.
As per report, the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
Details about the driver involved were not immediately available.
