SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (May 24, 2024) – Three people sustained injuries in a car accident on Latrobe Road, Wednesday evening.
 
According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the incident happened on May 22, at about 8:45 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, an unknown number of vehicles collided near Scott Road.
 
An ambulance transported two victims to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the third victim was reportedly airlifted. Authorities did not release the names and conditions of the victims.
 
The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
