3 Hurt After 2 Cars Crash on Avenue 96 in Tulare County
TULARE COUNTY, CA (November 18, 2024) — Three people were injured in a 2-car accident on Avenue 96 at Road 208.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened around 9:00 a.m. Thursday. For unknown reasons, the driver of a white Honda Civic collided with the driver of a truck. Subsequently, Tulare County Fire responded and found three people with major injuries that needed to be freed from the wreckage.
Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free the victims from the accident and airlifted one person to a hospital while taking the outstanding two by ground ambulances.
Authorities did not confirm the ultimate cause of the accident, but an investigation should identify the details. If anyone has more information, call the CHP.
