2-Year-Old Merida Castillo Struck Dead by RV on Vista Del Mar near Dockweiler State Beach

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (June 17, 2024) — Merida Castillo was hit and killed by an RV on Vista Del Mar near Dockweiler State Beach on Saturday.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the deadly pedestrian accident happened around 5:45 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a woman operating a recreational vehicle at the beach’s campground struck the 2-year-old girl. Subsequently, paramedics responded but Castillo passed away in the crash.
