ORANGEVALE, CA (June 21, 2024) — Two people were injured after a car crashed into a home on Almond Avenue near Strong Avenue.
 
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire, the car crash happened around 7:41 p.m. Tuesday. For an unknown reason, a motorist lost control and struck a residence in the 6700 block of Almond Avenue.
 
Soon after, fire officials responded and rescued the driver and a resident in the home. Due to their conditions, paramedics transported both patients to a hospital with moderate injuries.
