ADELANTO, CA (April 26, 2024) — Two people were injured in a 2-car accident on Highway 395 near Auburn Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle collision happened around 12:22 p.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a white 2005 Dodge Neon sustained major damage after crashing into a pickup truck, pulling a double-decker car hauler trailer. Subsequently, San Bernardino County Fire arrived and tended to at least two people with critical injuries.
 
Following the accident, police shut down the highway for approximately two hours as they towed away the damaged vehicles.
