4 Injured in Double Bus Collision on 3rd Street in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (September 3, 2024) — Four people sustained minor injuries after two buses crashed on 3rd Street and Palou Avenue.
 
According to fire officials, the double bus accident happened around 3:35 p.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, two Muni buses collided in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco. Subsequently, the San Francisco Fire Department responded and assisted two bus drivers and two pedestrians with minor injuries.
 
Per reports, one bus struck an electrical box and the other sustained an oil spill. However, police did not identify a cause.
