2 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash at Palmdale Boulevard in Lancaster

 
LANCASTER, CA (August 20, 2024) — Two people died in a multi-car accident at Palmdale Boulevard and 152nd Street.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the fatal crash happened around 11:39 a.m. Monday. Under unclear circumstances, several vehicles collided on Palmdale Boulevard. Subsequently, the impact sent one car onto its side and debris on the road and dirt shoulders.
 
Upon receiving word of the crash, paramedics responded to the two-lane road in the Antelope Valley, north of Los Angeles. Tragically, two people passed away from their injuries. Several others sustained a variety of injuries, including those with critical wounds.
 
At some point during the collision, a power pole was damaged at the scene, beckoning utility crews to respond and repair it.
 
At this time, officials have not said what led to the accident. However, an investigation should prove the details.
