1 Hospitalized After City Bus Crashes Into Vehicles on D Street in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (July 31, 2024) — One person was injured after a city bus and two cars crashed on D Street at the 15 Freeway Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Victorville City Fire Department responded to reports of a multi-car accident around 3:54 p.m. on July 30. After arriving, authorities learned that a Victor Valley Transit Authority bus collided with a gray SUV and a red pickup truck.
 
Fire paramedics assisted one person with critical injuries and airlifted the patient to a trauma center from Victor Valley Global Medical Center. Meanwhile, remaining firefighters assisted a passenger from the bus through the side window.
 
At this time, Victorville Police do not know what led to the accident. However, an investigation into this crash should confirm the details.
