OILDALE, CA (July 15, 2024) — One person suffered an injury in a pedestrian accident at Chester Avenue and Universe Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian crash happened around 9:35 p.m. Friday. The Kern County Sheriff’s deputies responded to North Chester Avenue and University Avenue to find one person hit by a vehicle. Upon responding, officers assisted the victim who suffered unknown injuries.
