SACRAMENTO, CA (January 10, 2025) — One person was injured after a motorcycle and a car crashed on Del Paso Boulevard at Sorento Road.
 
The California Highway Patrol and emergency crews responded to the scene around 3:15 p.m. Monday. Upon dispatch, authorities learned that a pickup truck driver heading southbound on Sorento Road turned left but crashed into a motorcyclist traveling on Del Paso Road.
 
The motorcyclist, described as a man in his 20s, suffered major non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Following the crash, the driver stayed and cooperated with police investigators, who said neither alcohol nor drugs factored into the accident.
