1 Injured in Bicycle Accident on South Fairfax Road [Lamont, CA]

Bicyclist Hospitalized after Accident at South Fairfax Road and Di Giorgio Road in Lamont

LAMONT, CA (February 19, 2025) – A bicyclist sustained injuries in an accident on South Fairfax Road, Thursday evening.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on February 13, at about 7:15 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a bicycle and a vehicle collided near the intersection of South Fairfax Road and Di Giorgio Road.

Emergency crews transported the bicyclist to a local hospital. The extent of the injuries sustained remains unknown.

Details on the driver involved in the collision were also not immediately available.

CHP continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
