SACRAMENTO, CA (January 13, 2025) — One person was injured in a 2-car accident on Stockton Boulevard near Walter Avenue.
 
According to Sacramento Metro Fire, the two-vehicle crash happened Saturday evening. For an unknown reason, two vehicles collided, causing one of the cars to land on its side. Subsequently, firefighters from the Sacramento Metro Fire responded and extricated one person from the wreckage. One patient suffered moderate to major injuries and was brought to a hospital for care.
 
Officials did not say what led to the accident.
