Deadly Rollover Crash on 110 Freeway in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 23, 2024) — One person died in a rollover accident on the 110 Freeway near Washington Boulevard.
 
According to authorities, the fatal single-car crash happened around 5:10 a.m. Saturday. For an unknown reason, a driver of a white SUV lost control near the 10 Freeway and 110 Freeway junction. Subsequently, the SUV rolled over, descending approximately 20 feet down an embankment.
 
Minutes later, California Highway Patrol and paramedics arrived but the victim passed away from severe injuries. Authorities did not identify or release the victim’s name.
 
Due to the crash, police issued a SigAlert at 5:48 a.m., closing the 110 Freeway and 10 Freeway connector before lifting the SigAlert at 8:18 a.m.
