1 Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Lankershim Boulevard in Studio City

 
STUDIO CITY, CA (October 14, 2024) — One person died in a motorcycle accident on Lankershim Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly motorcycle crash happened around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
 
Circumstances seem unclear thus far, but traffic investigators will look into what caused the motorcycle rider to crash. Police believe that a vehicle struck the victim, hitting the motorcyclist and ejecting the individual off the bike.
 
Tragically, the victim passed away at the scene, although the coroner has not released the person’s name.
 
After the crash, CHP officers issued a SigAlert for all but the No. 5 lane. If anyone has more to add to the investigation, call the CHP.
