YUBA CITY, CA (March 20, 2023) — One person died following a car and a semi-truck crash on Highway 99 near Oswald Road.
 
According to Sutter County Fire Department, the fatal two-vehicle collision happen around 11:44 a.m. Sunday. For unknown reasons, a driver crashed into a semi-truck near the Oswald Road exit of Highway 99. The accident left the northbound lanes closed until 1:30 p.m.
