BOYLE HEIGHTS, CA (September 17, 2024) — One person died in a car accident on the 4th Street off-ramp at the 5 Freeway.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash came through around 5:00 a.m. on September 15. For an unknown reason, a car crashed near Hollenbeck Park. Subsequently, officers responded to the investigation but did not say how many cars collided.
 
One person passed away in this accident on the northbound Golden State Freeway, and a pedestrian may have been harmed.
 
By 6:53 a.m., the police cleared the road.
