1 Killed in DUI Crash at Arcadia Street in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 5, 2024) — One person died in a DUI accident at Arcadia Street and Broadway.
According to Los Angeles police officers, the deadly crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. For DUI-related reasons, a driver lost control on Arcadia Street and crashed through a guardrail before flipping over onto the 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles.
Upon impact, one passenger in the car was ejected and died at the scene. Another suffered critical injuries and sought hospital care.
Following the incident, police arrested the driver on suspicion of DUI.
