1 Dies in 2-Vehicle Crash near Highway 108 in Riverbank
RIVERBANK, CA (November 11, 2024) — One person died in a 2-car accident near Highway 108 and Snedigar Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened around 6:15 p.m. Sunday. For unknown reasons, two cars collided in a head-on fashion near Riverbank. Subsequently, paramedics and authorities responded to find one person dead and another requiring hospital care.
At the time of the report, officers did not say what caused the crash, including whether DUI, speeding, or distracted driving factored into it. However, an investigation is underway.
