Caryn Brottman Sanders, Esq., brings over 30 years of legal expertise to her role as a Senior Litigation Attorney at The Law Offices of Daniel Kim. Focusing on personal injury law, her practice encompasses a wide range of cases, including accidents involving automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, rideshare vehicles and pedestrians, premises liability, dog bites, and matters involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. With additional experience in business litigation, medical malpractice, construction, entertainment, and employment law, Caryn is a versatile and seasoned professional.

Caryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Northeastern Illinois University, an M.B.A. from DePaul University, and a J.D. from Southwestern School of Law. An active member of the legal community, she is affiliated with the State Bar of California, CAALA, and the Illinois State Bar. She has served in numerous leadership roles, including president of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

Caryn’s professional philosophy is to treat people with dignity and respect while advocating for the best possible outcomes. Inspired to become an attorney by changes in harassment and discrimination laws during her tenure as a human resources professional, she is driven by a commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of injury claims and the legal process.
