EL CENTRO, CA (November 5, 2024) – A teen driver was killed in a head-on accident on Highway 111 in El Centro Monday night on November 4.
The fatal accident happened around 6:11 p.m. just south of Frink Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a 1996 Chrysler Town and Country was traveling south on the highway when it veered off the roadway. It then went across the dirt center median and into the opposing northbound lanes.
