Ruben Razo Jr. Killed in Electric Bicycle Crash at Murphy Avenue and Ringwood Avenue

 
SAN JOSE, CA (September 19, 2022) — Ruben Razo Jr. died in an electric bicycle accident at Murphy Avenue and Ringwood Avenue.
 
According to San Jose police, the bicycle accident happened on September 11 around 9:49 p.m. For unknown reasons, Razo came to a stop at the intersection that had a green traffic light. Subsequently, a 2017 Lexus sedan traveling in the same direction and the same lane rear-ended his bike.
 
Razo suffered moderate injuries and was brought to a hospital for treatment. However, on Wednesday, he sustained complications related to his injuries and died moments later.
 
As for the driver of the Lexus, he or she stayed behind and cooperated with police investigators who ruled out alcohol and drugs as possible sources of the accident.
