Man Dies after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on West Pacheco Boulevard in Los Banos

 
LOS BANOS, CA (September 12, 2022) – A man died in a hit-and-run crash on West Pacheco Boulevard in Los Banos on Friday morning, September 9.
 
The fatal crash happened just before 6:00 a.m. near an ARCO gas station. According to the Los Banos Police Department, officers to the 1500 block of West Pacheco Boulevard and found the man lying dead on the roadway.
 
He appeared to have been hit and killed by a vehicle.
 
Police said there was vehicle debris on the road and the victim appeared to have been thrown into the south curb line from the force of the impact.
 
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available.

The hit-and-run suspect remains at large.
