1 Hurt in 2-Car Accident on 15 Freeway in Hesperia

 
HESPERIA, CA (August 15, 2022) — One person was injured in a 2-car crash on the 15 Freeway near Main Street on Thursday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle collision happened around 2:11 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a gray Toyota Corolla rear-ended a silver Nissan Rogue on the 15 Freeway South.
 
Shortly after, rescue crews requested an ambulance for one person in the Toyota who was taken by ground ambulance to a local hospital. Responding authorities found the Toyota with heavy front-end damage and the Nissan with minor damage to the rear end.
 
At this time, CHP officers have not confirmed the leading cause and liabilities of the accident. However, if any witnesses have news to share, please call the CHP Victorville office.
