Three Die in Pasadena Solo-Car Crash at Michillinda Avenue

 
PASADENA, CA (January 17, 2022) — Three people died in a solo-car accident at Michillinda Avenue and Colorado Boulevard on Sunday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal solo-car crash happened around 8:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver veered off the 210 Freeway and crashed at the intersection of Michillinda Avenue and East Colorado Boulevard.
 
Shortly after, paramedics arrived at the scene and confirmed two fatalities. The names of both victims have been withheld due to pending notification of next of kin.
 
Meanwhile, emergency personnel transported three other patients to a trauma center in serious conditions, where one of them died.
 
At this time, detectives have not confirmed the factors that led to this solo-car accident. However, any witnesses with information should contact the CHP.
