SANTA MARIA, CA (November 16, 2021) — A multi-vehicle accident on Highway 135 Friday morning left two drivers injured near the Santa Maria area.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles collided near Waller Lane at about 7:19 a.m. One of the involved cars overturned as a result of the crash, officials said.
 
Two drivers received medical attention in a hospital, but the authorities said it was just a precautionary measure as the injuries were not serious.
 
Meanwhile, the CHP issued a SigAlert while the emergency response was ongoing, causing delays in traffic in the area. The area of Highway 135 near Waller Park has since reopened.
