Motorcycle Accident on Highway 108 near Patterson Road and Carl’s Jr.

 
RIVERBANK, CA (July 15, 2021) – A rider sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on Highway 108, Sunday evening.
 
According to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened on July 11, at about 9:00 p.m. A sedan reportedly pulled out of a driveway when it collided with the motorcycle near a Carl’s Jr., just west of Patterson Road.
 
Emergency crews rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where he remains in critical but stable condition.
 
Meanwhile, the unidentified driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
 
Deputies ruled out drugs and alcohol as factors in the accident. However, investigators believe that the motorcyclist might have been speeding.
 
Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate the cause of the accident.
