Zhane Hunter Involved in Two-Car Crash at Normal Avenue and Fresno Street
FRENSO, CA (August 23, 2021) — Zhane Hunter was involved in a two-car accident at Normal Avenue and Fresno Street Thursday.
According to reports, the two-vehicle crash happened at a stop sign intersection. For unknown reasons, 22-year-old Hunter was traveling at speeds of 80 to 100 miles per hour in a 25 mile-per-hour zone in her Kia sedan. Subsequently, her vehicle struck another car that had just pulled away from a stop sign.
As a result, four people, including an infant and a 5-year-old, sustained critical injuries. Paramedics responded and transported one of the children to Valley Children’s Hospital.
At this time, investigators believe that street racing might have led to the accident. In addition, another car may be unaccounted for, and anyone with information should contact the police.
Excessive speeds encourage unsafe road conditions for all. When driving, watch your speed. Speeding increases the risks of an accident. To avoid injury and trouble with the law, drive at a careful and safe speed limit.
