Early Morning Fiery Accident on 210 Freeway in Arcadia Kills 60-Year-Old Man

 
ARCADIA, CA (December 29, 2021) – Wyatte Evans died in a fiery accident on 210 Freeway in Arcadia early Wednesday morning.
 
The accident happened around 4:45 a.m. on December 22, in the westbound lanes of the freeway near Baldwin Avenue. CHP officials did not provide details of how the crash occurred, but they confirmed one vehicle had burst into flames.
 
Evans suffered significant injuries and died at the scene. He was 60 years old, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.
 
Crews closed the westbound lanes of the freeway until around 7:00 a.m. while they cleared the wreckage.
 
The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
