Accident Reported at Construction Site on North Harbor Drive in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (May 20, 2022) – Paramedics sent a worker to the hospital after an accident at a construction site on North Harbor Drive on May 10.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at West G Street around 11:35 AM.
 
Based on reports, the victim fell 10 to 15 feet at the site. San Diego Fire-Rescue Department crews found the worker below grade. Thus, firefighters used a truck to hoist the worker back to the surface.
 
As a result, the victim suffered spinal, leg, and arm injuries. Paramedics transported him to the hospital at a Code 10.
 
It’s unclear what led to the fall. As of now, police are still investigating the incident. Also, no other details are available.
