72-Year-Old Woman Injured in Hit-and-Run on Ellis Street in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 29, 2022) – A 72-year-old woman was injured in a hit-and-run involving an electric scooter on Ellis Street on Monday afternoon.
 
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident happened on June 27 shortly after Noon. Due to unknown circumstances, an electric scooter hit the woman in the 300 block of Ellis Street near the Tenderloin neighborhood.
 
Emergency crews transported the victim to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Updates on the victim’s condition remain undisclosed.
