61-Year-Old Woman Hospitalized after T-Bone Car Accident on Greenford Drive near Mira Mesa Boulevard

 
MIRA MESA, CA (October 29, 2021) – A 61-year-old woman sustained injuries following a T-bone car accident on Greenford Drive, Thursday morning.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident happened on October 28 at about 10:00 a.m. A westbound Subaru Impreza reportedly turned left from Mira Mesa Boulevard onto Greenford Drive. Then, the Subaru collided with an eastbound Audi A4 sedan.
 
A 61-year-old Subaru passenger sustained serious injuries in the collision. Paramedics transported her to a local hospital for treatment, where she remains in stable condition.
 
As per reports, the 17-year-old Subaru driver and the Audi driver did not sustain injuries.
 
San Diego police continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
