Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Two Vehicles at Hilltop and Moyers Drives, One Driver Flees Scene

 
RICHMOND, CA (November 22, 2021) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian hit-and-run crash at Hilltop Drive and Moyers Drive in Richmond early Wednesday morning.
 
The fatal crash happened around 2:20 a.m. on November 17. According to the Richmond Police Department, a vehicle struck the female pedestrian at the intersection and did not stop.
 
While the victim was lying in the roadway, a second vehicle ran over her. The driver of that vehicle stayed at the scene and call authorities.
 
Responding officers found the woman in the westbound direction of Hilltop Drive suffering from fatal injuries. They pronounced her dead at the scene.
 
Authorities withheld the woman’s identity pending confirmation and notification of her next of kin.
