Two-Vehicle Accident on Saticoy Street in Van Nuys Kills One Passenger

 
VAN NUYS, CA (December 13, 2021) – A woman was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Saticoy Street in Van Nuys, early Friday morning.
 
The accident happened around 2:40 a.m. on December 10. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a Toyota Camry collided with a Toyota Prius in the 17300 block of Saticoy Street. The Camry then slammed into a utility pole.
 
As a result, the female passenger in the Camry suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Coroner’s officials withheld her identity pending next of kin notification.
 
Two other people, a man and a woman, were taken to a hospital in unknown conditions.
 
At this time, the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
