Suspected DUI Driver Involved in Accident on Logan Avenue in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 14, 2022) – Police confirmed that a woman was hurt in a suspected DUI accident on Logan Avenue on June 6.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the westbound lane of the road.
 
Based on a report, the female driver of the black Hyundai slammed into 5 parked vehicles. Subsequently, she hit a street light and knocked it down.
 
As a result, the driver suffered unknown injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported her to a local hospital for treatment. In addition, a male was sleeping in one of the hit vehicles. He suffered a head injury, but refused medical services.
 
Four of the vehicles sustained damage. The female’s vehicle is also heavily damaged.
 
Police said they will test the female driver for DUI. At this point, an investigation is ongoing. Also, no other details are available.
