Two Vehicles Involved in Rollover Crash on 5 Freeway in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 8, 2021) – A woman suffered injuries in a rollover crash on 5 Freeway on March 4.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near the Sea World Drive off-ramp at about 9:10 PM.
Based on a report, two vehicles crashed in the lanes. Subsequently, one of the cars ended upside down in the creek that runs under the freeway.
As a result, the driver of that vehicle, a woman, sustained life-threatening injuries in the incident. Crews rushed her to the hospital for treatment. The other driver involved in the crash was not hurt in the crash.
