Woman Hospitalized in Pedestrian Accident on Firebird Lane in San Marcos

 
SAN MARCOS, CA (March 2, 2022) — A woman suffered an injury in a pedestrian accident on Firebird Lane at Mission Road on Monday afternoon.
 
According to a San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the pedestrian crash happened around 11:41 a.m. Upon responding, sheriff’s deputies arrived and found a 64-year-old woman who had been hit by a Cadillac SUV.
 
Shortly after, paramedics brought her to a local hospital for a broken ankle.
 
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
