Woman Hurt after Hit-and-Run Accident on Grand Avenue near Kendall Street

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 25, 2021) — A woman suffered injuries after a hit-and-run crash on Grand Avenue on Saturday, October 23.
 
At around 1:00 a.m., the woman walked along Grand Avenue near Kendall Street. Then a vehicle struck her, but it wasn’t immediately determined if she tried to cross the road. Police said the vehicle did not stop and continued east on Grand after hitting the woman.
 
A San Diego Police Department spokesperson said she received treatments at the scene. Then medics rushed her to the hospital for various injuries.
 
Officials described the involved vehicle as a white SUV with possible front-end damage.
