Pedestrian Killed by Two Drivers on Watt Avenue in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (September 22, 2022) — A woman was hit and killed by two cars on Watt Avenue near Edison Avenue on Wednesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 11:20 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a woman just south of Auburn Boulevard.
 
Subsequently, another car struck the same woman and left the scene, along with the first driver.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded and confirmed that the woman had died. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office has not yet released her name.
 
Following the accident, investigators tracked down the drivers, who cooperated with police investigators. Officers have made no arrests, at this time, but an investigation into the crash should confirm more details.
