Woman Injured by Bus on El Camino Real in Menlo Park

 
MENLO PARK, CA (June 30, 2022) — A woman was hit and injured by a bus on El Camino Real near Glenwood Avenue on Wednesday.
 
According to Menlo Park police, the pedestrian accident happened around 1:20 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a SamTrans bus traveling southbound on El Camino Real struck the woman who was reportedly walking in the right lane of the road.
 
Soon after, First Responders arrived at the scene and administered first aid before sending her to Stanford Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
At this time, police have identified the woman and learned that she had been reported missing in the city of San Mateo Tuesday evening. If anyone has more information, call the Menlo Park Police Department at 650-330-6300.
